Casey and Sarah's birthday posts

Casey turned 4 today and Sarah turned 2 two weeks ago. I forgot to do my special posts!

So here goes:
At 2, Sarah loves to talk. She is speaking in sentences, loves loves loves singing.  She loves to run and walk and climb and is very active.  She still loves stroller strides, and like her sister, tries to do the exercises herself.  She wants to go to school just like "Tasey" (how she says Casey).  She loves going to Nanny and Grandpa's (who she calls Krampa) house and sleeps so great there.  She is starting to get into dress up and loves legos and megablocks.  She is often noticing other kids or babies crying or making a mess :)  She is just so delicious and her hair is the envy of every woman I know - I call it San Diego blond.  Her nighttime routine lately includes hugging with her head on my shoulder for a few minutes, and we need to sing songs. Often she interrupts to tell me we sing that song in stroller strides.

At 4, Casey is still a talker!  She loves ordering at restaurants - tonight she flagged down a waitress to ask for to order the ice cream for dessert.  usually she asks for more lime :)  She loves arts and crafts, of any kind, especially drawing.  She can write her letters and her teachers at school thinks she is so creative and talented!  She had a rainbow phase for a while, now she's into squiggles.  The nursery school director even put up one of Casey's paintings in her office on display.  Casey loves books and watching Daniel Tiger and Peppa Pig.  She is a loving older sister most of the time - she will run to the freezer for an ice back or boo-boo bear for Sarah if Sarah falls.  Casey is a great eater, she definitely has likes and dislikes.  Casey's favorite colors are purple and pink.  She dresses herself most days and I just go with it - she looks adorable.  I love watching her interact with her friends, babies and adults, she is also just so delicious!

I love you my sweet girls.
