He's been working so hard this week he hasn't seen Casey in days. So I send him pictures at work. Nothing exciting, just what we are up to.

2nd tooth
Just noticed it today. What a trooper! Casey had a hard time going to sleep Friday night, we thought it was from all the traveling. Maybe it was this tooth!

8 months old (and two days)
Casey turned 8 months old when we were in Florida. What a month this has been!
At 8 months,
Casey can:
-crawl! Yep, a regular baby crawl - though she likes to rest and sit up.
-she has one tooth!
-pull herself up to stand.
-raise her arms so you can pick her up.
-say lots of things with different sounds.
-eat
everything we give her. Seriously.
-drink out of a sippy cup or regular cup if she feels like it
Casey likes:
-still
likes people and faces. If you smile at her, she will smile back. and
sometimes she'll keep trying to catch someone's eye till they interact
with her.
-her daddy - a whole week with Michael and she is hooked! And her Great Grandma! (clapping with Estelle and getting grandma kisses on her hands)
-other babies and kids
-loves food in the little mesh feeder thing - entertains her for about 20 minutes! - loves all food so far!
-being outside - sometimes the fresh air stops her fussing
Casey hates:
-the bottle, but we are trying to go to a sippy cup now or a regular cup.
-getting in the sleep sack - which means its bed time.
-not being able to play when on a plane. so she kicks me out of her seat.

Casey would clap just as grandma finished.

Fun with Carlee and Jeremy
In delray beach. Casey wore her sunglasses for 25 seconds. She loved Carlee and Jeremy! (Who doesn't!)
